Test Point and Pressure Class Selector
Give the port thread at the machine and the machine’s peak system pressure. The selector returns the stud-end standard the port belongs to, then the lower of the two ceilings ISO 15171-2 fixes for the M16 × 2 diagnostic coupling that still sits above that peak — 630 bar maximum working pressure, 400 bar for connecting and disconnecting under pressure — with the headroom left over. Taking the lower ceiling where it fits is deliberate: it is the one that keeps the connect-under-pressure capability.

Important Note
Peak pressure means the highest figure the circuit reaches, including boost and surge settings, not the running pressure on the gauge. Where the port is outside the four stud-end standards ISO 15171-2 names, send the thread size or a photo and we confirm it case by case.
