Catalogue items have a low MOQ and we are happy to start small — most new customers begin with a trial order. Custom threads or private-label parts carry a higher minimum because of setup; we will tell you the exact figure when we quote.
Yes. Samples of standard catalogue items are available for evaluation, and we will send them with the test report for that batch. Tell us which thread and material you want to try and we will arrange it.
Stock items normally ship within days. Made-to-order assemblies and OEM-branded parts depend on quantity and finish — we confirm a firm date on the proforma invoice rather than quoting an optimistic range up front.
In most cases, yes. Our test points are dimensionally interchangeable with the SMK 20, 1620, 1215, Test 20 and EMA3 series. Send us the part number or a clear photo of the stamped marking and we will confirm the exact equivalent before you order.
No. Logo customisation is free of charge, including on the fitting body and the ferrule of hose assemblies. Custom packaging and labels are quoted separately depending on artwork and carton size.
Manufacturing and material defects for three years from delivery. Every unit is 100% pressure tested before it leaves the plant and each batch is traceable to its raw material certificate, so warranty cases can be investigated properly rather than argued about.
