Diagnostic-side evidence identifies the mating interface.
Panel evidence carries hole, thickness and mounting access.
Material evidence belongs with media and temperature.
Pressure evidence needs a named state and boundary.
Revision identity follows the drawing into the order.
Pending means a source exists but review is unfinished.
Confirmed means the field has acceptable supporting evidence.
Results show record completion, not application approval.
Evidence gaps remain visible in the copied index.
Engineering owns technical release of the configuration.
Purchasing owns the commercial revision match.
Receiving checks labels and documents before installation.
